Shipping refund and exchange

If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase, please let us know so we can do the best to make you feel better!

If you wish to return your purchase, please send it back within 14 business days of receiving it. we will send you a full refund, not including shipping costs, after we will get the item back in the same condition we sent it.

We make each piece to order in our studio. Please allow 7-14 business days for us to make & ship your purchase.
The selected product will be shipped to you by registered air mail via Israel post.
We will follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you in time.

+Shipping within Israel: up to 7 business days.
+Shipping to the US & Europe: 1-4 weeks.

The package can be delayed in the event of holidays. bad weather or world pandemics.  If you have not received the package after 30 days please contact us and we will figure it out.
