Local Taxes and fees
Any local taxes or fees enforced by the local authorities will be covered by the customer. Please check with your local Customs and Trade authorities regarding additional charges prior to placing an order.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE shipping please notify us in writing immediately. Your payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.

Faulty Items
All items pass quality control before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or you are dissatisfied with the product you receive please notify us immediately upon receipt of the product.

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

Please note that items which are damaged as a result of use or wrong hanging are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

Additional Policies and FAQs Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible items featured on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be completely accurate.

Our blowing glass products are made by hand. The artist handles the glass when it is still liquid to when it is up to 1300˚ Celsius. There can be changes in measurements from one product to another.

Air bubbles They naturally occur in the work-process when air is captured between the different layers of glass. A glass is blown by several layers and thus air bubbles are likely to form. Smaller air bubbles characterize handmade glass, and we do not consider it a deterioration in quality.
